These terms govern the access and use of the audiovisual production and digital content creation services offered by Darinayapim. By using our services, you agree to comply with these conditions.
The "Services" refer to the production of audiovisual material and the creation of digital content, including but not limited to videos, podcasts, and material for social media, as agreed upon in each project. The "Client" is the person or entity that contracts said services.
The Client agrees to provide the necessary information and materials for the execution of the project. Darinayapim agrees to perform the services with professionalism and creativity, following the agreed specifications. The copyright of the final material will be transferred to the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Darinayapim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services or content. Our maximum liability in any case will be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
The Client may request reasonable modifications during the established review phases. Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with 15 days' notice if the other party substantially breaches these terms and does not remedy such breach within a reasonable period.
Prices and payment deadlines will be detailed in each proposal. Late payments may result in the suspension of work. Refund conditions, if applicable, will be specified in writing in the project proposal.
Darinayapim reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
